KELSEY’S BACKGROUND

I have a diverse background in Western Herbalism, Functional Medicine and Psychology. I successfully cleared cancer using natural medicine, so I can speak from experience with a deep sense of empathy for navigating our broken medical system. I spent several years working in psychiatric hospitals where I implemented a more alternative approach to healing through yoga, mediation and other healing modalities. After becoming a Certified Western Herbalist, I began to understand the importance of connecting to nature and how plants can nourish both our physical and emotional bodies. I sees plants as allies in our healing and growth as human beings and integrates them into my private therapy practice in Ojai, CA. I also integrate somatic therapy into each session, offering clients Earth Based ways of connecting to their Soul Power and rituals and ceremonies to access Soul Purpose. I apply verbal and non verbal healing methods into how I approach trauma stored in the body and tools on how to regulate our nervous systems to experience more joy and ease. Each of my clients experiences transformation and empowerment through their uniquely authentic path to healing and evolving as human beings.
