The Buddha said, “holding on to anger is like drinking poison and expecting the other person to die.” It takes an incredible amount of energy to carry around negative feelings towards others.
Through this practice, we can shift our energy towards love and lightness and be freed of carrying around feelings that don’t serve us, using specific prayer, mantra and re-patterning of the mind.
